
You will be taken to the Add-ins menu on the left. Zoom add-in will not appear on your Outlook calendar until you click File and select Options. After you turn off Outlook and Lync, you can leave Windows. A problem exists if Zoom’s add-in is not visible on the Outlook calendar. If you want to start a meeting, first press the toggle for Personal Meeting ID and then select Start a Meeting. If you don’t have an iPad or iPhone, you can use zoom meetings online or directly with your members. It can also be a meeting if attendees receive an email attachment with an appointment confirmation. The Home tab on Outlook allows you to schedule a meeting. Once you’ve saved the event, you’ll be able to see the meeting details in your Outlook calendar.

You’ll be prompted to sign in to your Zoom account, and then you can choose the meeting settings that you want. Simply open Outlook, create a new event, and then select “Zoom” as the meeting provider. If you’re using Outlook on your mobile device, you can set up a meeting just like you would on the desktop version.
